  • Valid PE license in Pennsylvania with at least 4 years experience; additional licensure in surrounding states a plus.
  • Successful interaction and collaboration with architects and contractors
  • Proven experience developing and meeting project scopes, budgets, schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task successfully on all phases of projects from proposal preparation through design and construction
  • Construction site experience
  • Computer experience in RAM, AutoCAD, Enercalc, Forte, and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial personality including self-motivation and interest in client development
  • Honesty and integrity in dealing with clients and co-workers

Additional responsibilities:

  • Interaction with CAD/Revit operator and office administration staff
  • Obtaining continuing education credits as required for PE license renewal
