Blue Ball National Bank Branch Offices In concert with architect Hammel Associates, we developed prototype plans for a new branch office. Subsequent branches shared structural systems including pre-engineered timber roof trusses, steel stud bearing walls and an armored slab below the vault. Branches, which averaged 3,000 square feet at a cost of $300,000 each, were built in Rohrerstown, Ephrata and Willow Valley in Lancaster County; Mt. Penn and Morgantown in Berks County; and Parkesburg in Chester County. 1 of 3

Oakcrest Business Complex, Lititz, PA The Oakcrest Business Complex, located on Route 501 just south of Lititz, houses more than a dozen offices. Built in 2000 at a cost of $1.7 million, architect Tom Weaver used the sloping site to gain grade-level access to two of the three 8000 square-foot floors. Structural systems included reinforced concrete and steel. 2 of 3

Kissel Hill Village, Warwick Township, PA Currently being built by Ames Construction, this project included three phases: an addition to the existing retail strip, an outparcel for Starbucks and another outparcel for Coldstone Creamery. The addition needed to match the existing façade while keeping new loads separate from the existing building. The outparcels needed to blend with the character of the retail strip while providing large, column-free storefronts. Total building area for the three parcels is approximately 14,700 squarefeet, and construction cost is approximately $1,589,000. 3 of 3
