Weaver Precast Plant and Offices, Ephrata, PA Strong demand for their Superior Wall precast basement system drove Weaver Masonry to simultaneously build a new plant and a new office building in 2001. For the plant, we designed foundations, basement walls and process equipment support steel. For the office, we designed steel framing for a handsome two-story building designed by local architect Tom Weaver. Total cost for these buildings was approximately $3 million. 1 of 3

5 Star International, Rapho Township, PA A combined truck service facility and office building, this project included a preengineered metal building with a bridge crane and two-story offices. In collaboration with Cornerstone Design Architects and Horst Construction, we designed foundations, an industrial floor slab, an elevated floor slab and steel stud bearing walls. This 30,500 square-foot complex was constructed in 2006 at an approximate cost of $3 million. 2 of 3

Environmental Recovery Corporation, Lancaster, PA Tippetts/Weaver Architects designed this facility to recycle waste oil into a "green" product. Housed in a pre-engineered metal building are storage silos for wood chips, pits for processed oil and loading/unloading facilities. Structural challenges included a high groundwater table, footings adjacent to a pre-existing building and containment walls. Construction by Caldwell, Heckles & Egan was completed in 2003 at an approximate cost of $658,650. 3 of 3
