Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, Lancaster, PA Façade renovation by Tippetts/Weaver Architects brought this building firmly into the 21st century. Aluminum column covers, sunshades, a curved entry canopy and 4- story high stainless steel mesh served as the primary elements. At night, a computerized light show washes the façade in waves of color. Our services included load-capacity evaluation of the existing façade and detailed design of new tightly-integrated architectural elements. South Lebanon Elementary School, Lebanon County, PA One of seven buildings we have worked on in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District, this school was reopened in 2004. Singlestory additions included a gym, multipurpose room and several classrooms. Renovations included replacing the library with a courtyard and reframing classrooms. The attractive design by Beers & Hoffman Architects included two new ornamental entries and modern finishes to complement the older looks. Construction cost was approximately $5 million including 33,500 square feet of additions and 68,500 square feet of renovations. 2 of 3

Lancaster Christian School, Lancaster County, PA Facing growing enrollment and a tight budget, this 20,000 square-foot addition included precast concrete wall panels in the gym and conventional masonry construction in the other new spaces. Designed by Cornerstone Design Architects and built by Horst Construction, the expanded school reopened in 2002. Future additions are planned. 3 of 3
