Ed Greenebaum, Professional Engineer and President
Ed is president of Greenebaum Structures and brings 35 years experience in structural engineering to the firm. In private practice since 1984, Ed’s extensive technical knowledge and collaborative work style have been integral to building strong, long-standing relationships with architects, developers, owners and facility managers throughout the region. Ed resides in Lebanon and enjoys boating in his spare time.

Rodger Kemmer, Professional Engineer
Rodger has been with the company since 2009. A University of Miami graduate, Rodger brings 15 years of professional experience in building design and analysis from the Washington, D.C. metro area. He is an exceptional technician, emphasizing constructability and cost-effectiveness in his designs. Rodger resides in Millersville and enjoys playing with his children in his spare time.

Stephanie Berkheiser, CAD and Revit Manager
Stephanie Berkheiser has been with Greenebaum Structures, P.C. since 1999. Stephanie is responsible for CAD and Revit production at Greenebaum Structures. She resides in Manheim and enjoys volunteering and watching her children play sports.

Deb has been with the company since 2001. As office manager, Deb oversees the daily operations of Greenebaum Structures, P.C., and is responsible for bookkeeping and reception. Deb resides in Lancaster and enjoys country line dancing in her free time.
