Grace Bible Chapel, Rising Sun, MD
Horst Construction engaged Greenebaum Structures, P.C. for structural engineering designs for this 27,000 SF, $3.6 million building. The building included a pre-engineered metal building core and timber-framed sides. A separate 2,000 SF maintenance building contains a cistern for fire-protection water supply. Cornerstone Design Architects performed the architectural design.

Donegal Presbyterian, Mount Joy, PA
Tippetts/Weaver Architects designed this handsome addition to blend with the historic character and beautiful natural setting of the church. The new 3,500 SF public space includes both clerestory windows and a full-height curved window wall overlooking the landscaped grounds and Donegal Springs. The adjacent renovations included a new elevator for ADA access to the entire facility and opening up existing assembly space. Greenebaum Structures provided structural engineering and analysis. Caldwell, Heckles & Egan, Inc. crafted this $1.75 million project.

The first of two additions for Manheim Brethren in Christ Church included a pre-engineered metal building housing a youth center addition. The second was a multi-purpose addition including a new sanctuary and new support spaces. Schillaci Architects provided architectural design, and Greenebaum Structures performed structural engineering for both projects. Speedwell Construction, Inc. built the youth building, and Caldwell, Heckles & Egan, Inc. built the second project.
