Lancaster Mennonite School - Rutt Academic Center, Lancaster, PA

Cornerstone Design Architects ensured that this new academic building is both functional and dramatic. Built by High Construction for approximately $8.5 million, this 38,000 SF, two-story building serves as the new gateway to the LMS campus. Greenebaum Structures provided structural engineering design and analysis for this exceptional project.

Harding Elementary School, Lebanon City School District, Lebanon, PA
Beers & Hoffman, Ltd. partnered with Greenebaum Structures for the renovation of four Lebanon City School District elementary schools. Harding is a four-story, 104,000 SF, masonry building that was completely renovated to 21st century standards. Our portion of this $7.9 million project included capturing underutilized space by framing new doors, leveling sloping auditorium floors, supporting bearing walls to create clearer spaces, and supporting new rooftop mechanical units. General construction was performed by Lobar, Inc. Feedback from parents, children and administration was extremely positive.

These are the third and fourth Lebanon City School District elementary schools designed by Beers & Hoffman, Ltd. with structural engineering by Greenebaum Structures. Both building projects involved classroom additions and renovations to the existing single-story schools. Fairchild Services served as construction manager and Lobar as general contractor. Combined project costs were $10.9 million.
