Chapel Pointe, Carlisle, PA

24,000 square feet of additions and 18,200 square feet of renovations to the buildings of Chapel Pointe at Carlisle, PA, repurposed many areas and provided connections between previously separate building on the Chapel Pointe campus. CMU foundations and first floor bearing walls support the two-story concrete and bar joist additions adjacent to the existing buildings while precast concrete plank was used to span over the existing adjacent building and provide additional second floor square footage. The second floor construction transitioned to light gauge steel exterior walls with a steel and bar joist roof.

Construction cost $6.7 million.
