Lebanon Seaboard, Lebanon, PA

The new concrete wall and wood truss six-bay bulk materials storage facility is connected to an adjacent storage building by a steel canopy structure in Lebanon, PA. Existing buildings, train tracks and truck access required extensive coordination with the owner to meet all the design parameters of the project. These included dump truck offloading, material conveying systems between the two new portions of the project and the existing buildings, and stockpile parameters for the materials being held by the 32-foot tall concrete retaining walls.
Construction cost $1.1 million.
